Self-acceptance changed my life

6 years ago, I was a super anxious guy who couldn’t open his mouth and talk to people.

I was afraid that I would be judged or ridiculed.

At the peak of my anxiety, I locked myself up and didn’t allow people to enter my life.

I woke up to fight against my worrisome mind all day.

The only peace I ever felt was during sleep.

One fine day, tired of fighting my mind I gave in and accepted my thoughts.

Something changed inside me and I felt some relief from anxiety.

After that I cried for 2 days straight releasing so much suppressed emotions.

Once the emotions dried up, I felt insane relief from anxiety like I never felt before.

This marked the beginning of my journey to self-discovery.

I started loving myself. Became more and more authentic and outgoing.

Now, inner peace and happiness are my natural state.

I can talk to anyone and deeply connect with them within 10 minutes if we vibe. This would be a nightmare to my past anxious self.

I have lived some cool experiences after this transformation and made some deep connections.

Currently, I help people struggling with anxiety to heal themselves and connect with their happy authentic selves.
